Position: Residential HVAC Outside Sales Person
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: Commission Only ** + $5,000 Signing Bonus **

Residential HVAC Outside Sales Person Position Summary:

The sales person is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining the needs of the customer and then provide solutions. Developing B2C customer relationships and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The sales person is responsible for company generated leads, lead qualification, and follow-up.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Previous HVAC experience preferred
• Proven rack record of closing sales
• Self-motivation and results orientated
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
